Payment must be made in full before or at the start of the lesson unless otherwise agreed.

At least 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a lesson.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee equal to the lesson cost.
If we need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., instructor illness, vehicle breakdown), we will offer a reschedule at no additional cost.
Instructors reserve the right to terminate a lesson if the student is under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or behaves in an unsafe or abusive manner.
Lessons may be recorded (dashcam) for safety and training purposes.
Students must follow all lawful instructions from the instructor during lessons.
Use of our vehicle for a driving test is subject to instructor approval.
If the instructor determines that the student is not test-ready, they may refuse vehicle use for safety reasons.
We take all reasonable care to ensure safe, effective training, but we are not liable for any accident, injury, or loss during lessons or tests unless caused by our proven negligence.
Students are responsible for any traffic fines, penalties, or damages incurred due to their actions during lessons.
